Warranty Disclaimer "Screen room"
Home Living Spaces screen room material(aluminum extrusions)
are warranted against defects in material(extrusions), specifically against chipping, pealing, blistering or cracking for life.
The Screen cloth material
carries no warranty.
The warranty covering manufacturing
defects only and does not cover any damage by willful abuse, normal weathering, improper installation, negligence or failure
to provide normal maintenance and cleaning, damage caused by an act of nature such as fire, lighting, wind storms, hail storms
or other natural causes beyond the control of Home living Spaces.
This warranty shall be for
the benefit of the original residential purchaser and may not be transferred or assigned.
This instrument completely
defines the express warranty of Home Living Spaces Screen room material.
No seller, distributor, installer,
or representitive has the authority to alter or change this warranty either orally or in writing. Home Living Spaces's liability
shall be limited to replacement of defective material as defined above. Under no circumstances will Home Living Spaces be
liable for personal injury or incidental or consequencial damages, including but not limited to damage to or loss of other
property or equipment.
